As early as 1982, Friedrich Sandering began to train the profession of "farmer". Since 2013, this tradition has been continued by Dirk Sandering and co-trainer Andreas Hartmann.

Training and further education are high on the agenda of the company, because on the one hand it is important to teach young people about the profession of farming, but on the other hand it is also something great to get to know new people and their stories again and again. The trainers are also always learning something new.

We offer our trainees a very varied and interesting training for the profession of farmer. Our trainees attend the vocational school in Sulingen, where the theory is taught. They then put what they have learned into practice together with the trainers.
